Adult group sessions
A comprehensive range of adult group lessons are available please see below. Where possible we try to group similar standards together.
Sessions are available at the following Tennis Clubs:
Tarvin – Every Wednesday 9.30-10.30am for Intermediates, £10
Bickerton – every Friday 9.15-10.15am Beginners/Rusty Rackets. £10

Below are some examples of forthcoming sessions and events
- Adult doubles tactical clinics will highlight, for example, ‘How to beat net rushers’ or what to do against perpetual lobbers.
- Differing Monthly tournaments – could be an American one week followed by an escalator style tourney the next.
- Tennis holidays to Barbados,Spain & France.
- Cardio Tennis (see section below for more details)

Cardio Tennis
If you are bored by the gym or running just isn’t your thing, and you are willing to try something new then give Cardio Tennis a try. It’s not about coaching forehands and backhands. Its a series of high tempo tennis movement drills to a loud beat. In a typical 1 hour class you will burn up to 500 calories whilst improving your shots by hitting dozens of balls in a fun non competitive way. Check out the video below.
